Arabian Horse Art Contest
This art event is the highlight of the year. Kindergarten through 6th grade students are invited to enter. Artwork deadline is Friday, January 31, 2020. The AHA Award Ceremony is Sunday, February 23 at 11am. Meet Mrs. Guy under the big tent at Westworld, 16601 N. Pima Rd, Scottsdale. Back by popular demand, this favorite fundraiser makes it so easy to order your child's art on a mug, t-shirt, phone case and more. The deadline for artwork is September 26, 2019. Once the free stickers arrive, you can place an online order at square1art.com. Order deadline is October 30. All orders should arrive before Christmas break.

Calling all YERDS (Yearbook + Nerd) for another season of yearbook production. The PVCP yearbook staff will meet most Wednesdays after school in the art room to photograph, plan and design yearbook pages for the two PVCP books. This is the Teacher Treasure you've been waiting for! Hike in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve to a scenic viewpoint where you can sketch the natural landscape. Pencil and sketchbook are included. Hike date is January 18, 2020 from 9am to 11am.
